Planning my trip, have a oddly specific question

In December I head back down to the World, and I am mapping things out.

On one day I have a lunch reservation at Via Napoli, so I am thinking I'll just make that my Epcot day. I then have a 7:25 reservation at Jiko for dinner.

IF I wanted to do the Jiko dinner then go back to Epcot for Illuminations, is this a feasible plan, or am I pushing my luck when it comes to timing?

I do not believe you will make it! I would try to see illuminations another day...

You don't want to rush a meal at Jiko...savor and enjoy and take some time to enjoy AKL.

Haha, unanimous! That makes that choice easy. I was just curious if it were possible. I do want to take my time with Jiko, since I hear nothing but fabulous things (plus I'd love to experience the AKL)

If you take a cab from AKL to Beach Club and then walk to the WS through the IG, you would still need to leave AKL at 8:40. Way too tight timewise.

As mentioned, if you ate in an hour, and had a cab already waiting with the door open for you to jump in and have it peel out, you might make it. But that is really rushing the meal, and not worth it. Paying Jiko prices, sit and relax and enjoy it.
