Places to eat?

Hello my boyfriend, his family and myself will be going to the world on April 18th to the 25th. My boyfriend is 21, i'm 24 and his little brothers are 8 and 12. I'm trying to choose a few restaurants for us to eat at as we are not on the dining plan. If I could get any feedback to which ones are better than others or what ever else you can help me with it would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on how much you want to spend, I would stay away from the character meals and buffets. While many of them are very good, they are on the pricey side. If cost is not an factor, then by all means enjoy these type of meals. Our favorite buffets are Cape May at Beach club, and Crystal Palace (also a character meal), at MK. Our favorite counter service meals are Flame Tree BBQ at AK, Cosmic Ray's at MK, and Harbour House at MK. Prices at these counter service places are good and portions are too. Our favorite sit down places are Coral Reef in Epcot, Prime Time Cafe at Hollywood Studios, and, and Grand Floridian Cafe at GF resort. Hope this helps...

Well hmm I have a few questions like:

What kind of food do you like?

Would you prefer buffets due to the variety of food for everyones likes?

Do you want to try charecter dining?

Are you looking for buget friendly or is money no object?

you can go to the disney website under "dining" and print out a menu from the table service restaurants and most include the pricing. When we travel with others I print out a bunch of them and this way you are sure that everyone can find something they like to eat or you can decide that it is just too expensive. The dining section on this site can also help you make some decisions. One thing I will add In my opinion if you can get 1 character meal in during your trip its worth the money. The food is good, you get great one on one pics with the characters without waiting on line and it is memorable no matter what your age! Good luck.
