places that accept the DDP

I'm super confused, if you look at the DDP PDF for 2014 there are a bunch of places. Now go look at the PDF for 2015 and next to nothing, Downtown Disney isn't even listed and lots of places are missing. Here's the thing though, when i go to the website it shows some places that the PDF doesn't have as accepting DDP. I called and they said the PDF is incomplete, well why put it out then? but wasn't able to tell me to trust one over the other and to "wait and see" if i need to adjust my ADR's I'm not waiting till the day before. We go at the end of January like always so i guess ill call at the beginning of the year to see. Anyone else bothered to look at the differences between the 2 or is it just my browser?

The non-Disney restaurants take longer to show up, as they have to renegotiate a contract each year for how much Disney is going to pay them for each person's meal.

Well that does make sense! so i assume that goes for Epcot as well? Also no Quick Service are on the website for 2015 but most are on the PDF.

I think it's usually closer to the end of the year before they appear, sure it was quite late on last year
