No there was never such plans at WDW. The old one was rethemed/refurbed to Pizza Rizzo that is there now and been open over a year, so they were not going to have 2 QS Pizza places in Hollywood Studios.

For the life of me, I can't understand why Disney hasn't built a full-tilt Pizza Planet somewhere on earth, with the themed whack-a-mole games and Alien drink dispensers and all that mess. They could even give it a super rinky- on purpose Rock-a-Fire Explosion type animatronic show.
Also, good grief this animation hasn't aged gracefully. Dig the super low-poly kids and parents walking into the restaurant.

As much as I would like PP and ATB to be in TSL, It is Andy's backyard. They won't fit, a lunchbox will.

Does anybody find it weird that anytime Disney makes a Pizza Planet related restaurant...The Pizza is just flat out gross.....IMO they have got to go with one of the pizza company's that are at Disney Springs or something to at least appease the taste of Pizza...
All of the food that I have had from Woody's Lunchbox has been excellent - much better than pizza.

It was terrible food but I still miss it. My kids always had to go there at least once a trip even when they “grew up” I wish they would have put it back in the new land. (With better pizza)

Substandard food is part of the themeing.
Andy's mom doesn't agree to take him there because the pizza is good.
For the record, the one meal I got from the DHS pizza planet- a meatball sub, was indeed terrible.

I myself would rather have a Poultry Palace instead....Why? Ever since the Toy Story Toons Short: Small Fry came out I wanted to see these food items they show in the credits of the short in the parks if they ever had made one...
Disney Studios needs a Poultry Palace!!
And yes I know of the one at Pixar Pier in DCA....Such a Dissapointing Menu...
