Right, but if you mix up who's ticket is who's, you might have some problems getting back into the park.

Assuming the tickets will be printed on the same type of paper, you'd just have to remember which character each family member had on their ticket. Or, you could write names on the tickets.

Everyone has to sign the back of their tickets now. They've got tables set up outside MK and at the TTC for people to stop and sign them.

I know our AP's have our name on them, is that not true with with other paper tickets? We usally have AP's or plastic park hoppers

the new tickets kinda seem easy to understand but also are kinda confusing. i have my trip already book for October and am curious if this has any affect on pre-existing reservations. unless the physical ticket itself is different or something. hopefully i won't have to pay any more money on a trip i'm still paying off :D

Previously, no the park hoppers did not have names or any other indication of who the owner is. With the new system, it appears that they will have names when you sign them.

As an additional bit of info, I noticed as I was entering MGM on Saturday night that not only are the ticket booths color-coded now, but the knobs labeled 1, 2 and 3 light up for each step. For instance, once you insert your ticket, the #2 button on the biometric readers light up, once your fingerprints are read, the #3 button next to where you pick up your pass lights up. However, I predict the finger readers are going to create major problems. If you don't place your fingers in all the way and tight around the dividers the first time you use your pass, it won't read your prints correctly and it won't work the next time unless you place your fingers in the exact place again....this is based on personal experience with those readers with annual passes that have used them for some time...I'm sure other folks here have experienced similar problems in the past too and know what I'm talking about.

Just to answer my own question (I just got back from the World) those with older passes (ie not the "Magic Your Way" things or APs of course) dont need to use the biometric readers (though a CM may instruct you to anyway).
