Looks cool! Notice that there is what looks like a Jack Sparrow voodoo doll handing from the skull, so that explains some more possiblilities for the movie. I'm so excited!

This time around, Johnny Depp returns as Captain Jack Sparrow and is caught in yet another tangled web of supernatural intrigue. It turns out, Captain Jack owes a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones, ruler of the ocean depths and captain of the ghostly Flying Dutchman. If Jack can't figure a crafty way out of this one, he'll be cursed to an afterlife of eternal servitude and damnation. And as if that weren't enough, Captain Jack's problems throw a huge wrench into the wedding plans of the blissful Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) and Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley), who quickly find themselves thrust into Jack's misadventures.

Has anyone else heard that Keith Richards is playing Johnny Depp's father in the movie? I think he based Jack Sparrows character on KR. I think it'll be hilarious to see them together on screen.

I've heard things are not going so well. I absolutly loved the first one but I heard there are a ton of problems filming the first one so they have moved onto the third and will go back to the second one! Not a good sign.
Has anyone seen the villian for the second one. I'm sure a lot of you will think it looks really cool. I can't post the link on here for some reason, but you can find it on my site in the forums under movie news and under the Pirates 2/3 section.
I think it looks horrible. Rememer Return of the Mummy, where the Scorpion King shows up at the end, and he really is a Scorpion? Oh say it isn't so...

I am excited about it, but sequels so often ruin the original story and I certainly do not want that to happen with either of these, but I have a feeling they will

As for the Davy Jones villain, he definately won't be like the scorpion king. The Scorpion King was horrible looking because they tried to CGI the rock onto the scorpion body, and the end result was just aweful. The whole CGI Davy Jones is different because they're not trying to replicate an actor using CGI.

That's very true. So maybe it won't be so bad. But still, just my opinion, I don't like the way it looks. Sorry, but I just really think the claw hand is ridiculous looking.
