Because it’s in Japanese ? 😁

In all seriousness I’m torn between that and DL for second. Yes, Tokyo removes the constrictions Anaheim has but I enjoy the transition passage. Plus Tokyo has just one drop - but the upkeep is exemplary. But I can understand the opinion that Tokyo fixed Anaheim’s perceived shortcomings.
:) More because it hasn't been watered down and it's actually maintained.

Something about the WDW makes me happier than any of them, though. Hundreds of rides might do that to you.

Pirates to me no question is an example of classic Disney theming and attention to detail. Space Mountain is iconic and fun, but the overall theming, immersion, etc is nowhere near the same as Pirates as it's still just a roller coaster essentially in pitch black.

i have to admit this 1 is kind of tough. i hate the redd change they made & shake my head almost every time, but its a classic ride as well as SM. i voted pirates for it being more immersive vs being thrown around in pitch black darkness.

Each to their own but I grew up with POTC WDW and admit DLPs is superior in every way

But in all honesty neither WDW versions in the poll are great now.

I'd agree that they've made the WDW version of POTC worse over the years, but it's still a great attraction. It's one of the 10-15 best attractions currently in Orlando even in its diminished form.

Just some of the changes they've made, like adding Jack Sparrow etc. -- it's not quite as good as it used to be, but it's still a phenomenal attraction.
I remember the first time I went on it back in the dusty dawn of history, 1979, that feeling of astonishment when we went down the slide to see the pirate ship for the very first time
