Pirates closed ??`

Anyone know why Pirates is closed? I have that application for wait times on my ipod and it is saying CL?? Just wondering ?

Yeah I think they close it when the davy jones effect isn't working. At least that's what I've heard. :shrug:

Unfortunately, they SHOULD do that, but generally don't.

We were at the MK on 8/22 and we visited Pirates late in the day...the line was long, but it moved along and the ride was great! Perhaps it was closed earlier in the day and that explains the longer line later?

I as at Magic Kingdom on the 22nd too, and I went on Pirates during the morning. But then my mum says that she tried to get on it around early afternoon time I think, and it was closed then. :shrug:

No sure if this is one there using. But I just got back from the Kingdom and this is the one I personally used. people on the Bus's would be like "I wonder what wait time is for ____?" I would reply "As of 5 minutes ago it was 35 Minutes"

Why, it's not going to be accurate. It would only be accurate if everybody at the parks :

• had the correct phone
• had the correct app
• noted the time they got in line
• noted the time entering attraction vehicle
• then...
• actually took the time to input their wait time into the application as they were actually entering the attraction vehicle.
