Pirates and Princesses

Is this event worth checking out. for a couple of kids. Gonna be in WDW on some dates this going on, thinking about checking it out, but wanted to here what you all think of it. Also when and where can I find the times the events (parade and fireworks) take place during the party?

Best fireworks @ Disney! IMO

I've been with DS12 twice and plan to go again in February, we both love it and haven't actually seen the parade yet!

P&P Party and published Park hours don't jive

The WDW website shows a P&P party on Feb 5th, but also shows the park open until 8pm that evening. Does anyone know how this works, does the park stay open an hour into the party? Or, could the park hours just be wrong on the WDW website?

We went in August with our 6 and 3 year olds and we all had a blast. The fireworks were some of the best we've ever seen. It's definately worth checking out.
