Pirate Parade in MK?

I was just watching Disney on demand, and I saw a quick clip of casting for a new pirate parade in MK, I can't find any clips online, but has anyone else heard of this?, D.O.D did not provide any information, except the number for casting, (did not include name of parade)

I doubt that's it. The first Pirate and Princess Party is August 11, which is only about two weeks away. I would think they've cast that parade already.

There was a casting call for Jack Sparrow and Captain Barbossa just this month.

Yeah, I agree with you, and also it was under Daytime Entertainment, i can't understand this, maybe since it is a rumor that disney dreams come true is taking it's last run soon, maybe this "Pirate Parade" will replace it?

there isn't a POTC float in the afternoon parade.

Nope...there is no Pirates float in the Dreams Come True Parade... (Is that still the name, with all of the hoop-la surrounding YOAMD?)

Disney should strike while the Pirates are hot! I think it would make an awesome addition!

This would be a great addition to the park, alot of people love pirates so why not make a pirate parade. Sounds fun

I'm not sure a Pirate Parade works for the MK...shouldn't the parade deal with more than one ride? Maybe this is just confirmation that Pirates and Princesses will continue and its a casting call for a future date (like Jan. 2008). I just find a pirate parade for the whole of the MK every day a bit hard to swallow.

I agree I like pirates and one float in the parade is fine and even street shows with the pirates outside of the ride is fine. But a pirate parade for the whole park? For a special event or something like that ok, but everyday, no.

It was from the Princess and Pirates Parties....the first ones were in January and run periodically in February and March.

We saw the parade in February.
