Pirate Night on a 4-night sailing?

We want to make our Palo dinner plans for Pirate Night, but I can't remember which night that will be on a 4-night sailing. Is it the day at sea?

The last 4 night cruise we had which was a while ago, the pirate night was on day 3, so the Castaway Cay day. However, this was years ago so I'm not sure if things have changed since then.
