The only character I've seen outside of there is Mary Poppins and the penguin...I saw Pinocchio and his "dad" with the two villians in 2004, but WDW has really stopped the outdoor characters since then so I really don't know, sorry! :)

We have seen Jiminy, Gepetto, and Pinocchio in the gazebo area outside of Tony's and across Main Street. I think it depends on time of year and size of crowds. Used to see Pinocchio and Gepetto outside of the Village haus on the way to the restrooms. All of this might have changed with construction issues.

Last I heard Pinnochio and Jiminy are only in the parade now and they removed Jiminy from Conservation Station a few months back
Neither have scheduled appearances anymore, but Pinnochio pops up every now and then. Jiminy... I don't think so. I've been wrong before, though.

:( No Jiminy except in parades? How can this be? I carry a stuffed Jiminy on my backpack, my wife has one on the back of her wheelchair and every where we go we are stopped and asked "Where can I get a stuffed Jiminy for my child?" Where can we find Jiminy in the parks? Everyone loves Jiminy!! The majority of CM's tell us he is their favorite. I don't understand why he isn't showcased more, or more merchandise available in the parks. There is a tremendous amount of Jiminy items for sale on line. Sad state of affairs if Jiminy goes missing.

Jiminy got removed from his last meet and greet at Aninal Kingdom earlier this year, and he went from MK a few years back. Pinocchio also has o regular meet and greet. The only chance to see them is in the MK parade unfortunately. Let guest relations know you would like to see them back.

Such a shame if they're dumping these characters. There's a huge amount of charm seeing them in the parks. They don't get promotion in many other places outside the parks and to not have them amounts to their basic slow death. This must not be allowed, Disney listen to your conscience.

If I ran Disney, I would have at least one day a week where it was "Random Character Day." I understand most people want to see the Fab 5, Princesses, and Pooh characters but Disney has such a vast and diverse array of characters. It's sad that they don't use them. And frankly, it gets pretty boring if they only offer the same set of characters to meet over and over. Jiminy and Pinocchio would appear for certain on my random character day. :) I'd love to see some other characters make a return too...I remember meeting Roger Rabbit, Launchpad, Scrooge and the 3 nephews, Darkwing Duck one day. Heck, we even met the Power Rangers. It was so much fun. Robin Hood, Rescuers, the list goes on and on...and it would be a great way to introduce some littles to maybe movies they haven't seen in Disney's collection if they did use the rarer characters more often.

Indeed. Disney keep your back catalogue alive or the next time you try a rerelease of the classic films you may have bred a generation of adults who havent got those fond memories of these characters and therefore don't feel the need to buy them for their kids.

Good news! I did some research and discovered that, if there are a surplus of "resources", Jiminey may appear at Epcot! So can Launchpad! So random, but I'd love to be around when he comes out.

Launchpad is really fun! I was little when I met him and whoever Launchpad's "friend" is, is required to be tall...I was a little intimidated. But I wants my autograph LOL. I wish there were surplus every week. They need to hold training sessions more often. ;)
