Especially with cast members?

I don't remember ever seeing it but can't say I've looked too hard either!

Oh yes, you will find Pin Trading at DL! We were there over Easter and my wife (can't do many rides) had a blast. It's way past its peak at both resorts, but still a ton of fun and very much part of the Disney experience if you want it to be. Most retail and "streetmosphere" CMs wore pins for trading and the same rules apply that applied at WDW.

We've spent a lot of money and time pin trading over the years. Gotten a lot of fun out of it.

Yes there is most definitely Pin Trading, both with other guests and with cast members. There is a place in frontierland near the shooting gallery where guests can trade pins, and you can trade w/ any cast member who has a lanyard or trading board (not sure what the second thing is called, but you'll see what I mean when you see it).
