Pin Trading

I bought pins on Ebay for our last trip just to have some to trade. I got a great deal--7 pins for about $10. Here are my tips:
1. Look at the pics carefully. Compare them to what you see on the "official" sites. If they look odd, don't buy them. Never buy w/o pics.
2. Look at where the seller is sending from.

okay i feel stupid...what are these "pins" for and why do people trade them? I'm intrigued lol :shrug:

Definately take a look at pinpics and dizpins before you buy pins. And if you see quantities of pins on Ebay, there is a good change many people have them. Example, the "Cute" character heads. They come in a set of like 6 or 8 at the parks, and people buy the set, and then split them up on Ebay and make a profit. However, most cast member lanyards I saw last time I was there had at least 1, if not 2 or 3 of the "Cute" pins on it.
