Pin offer? Moi?

I got a bunch of mailers from Disney in the last few days.

One for me, and one for pretty much every person I've ever gone to WDW with - so quite a few.

They're all the same mailer - themed to Toy Story Mania and offering 40% off resort rates for several dates throughout the year. Yup, just looked, has some nights pretty much every month but June/July.

I thought this was an AP offer, but apparently it's not. The thing says i have to call and give them a 15 digit code from the mailer - and each mailer has a different one.

I've never gotten or used a pin offer - it is a pin offer right? - does this mean i could theoretically setup the same number of reservations as mailers i received at 40%? Like, if i went ahead and planned several stays for the rest of the year out, i could use as many pins as i have?

Disney - spoil sports.

If Disney says you can't give them away, then are they all in your name? You said something about you got an offer for just about everyone you took to Disney. We're the offers in their name? If so DIsney will probably only let the persons name on them use them. I'm not completely sure on that, but if Disney says they can't be given away, then it's basically the same thing right?

Well, i know it's tied to the household or person through Disney's system - the thing is, all these people are in my "household" through Disney.

So, if a person at DRC went and pulled up my address, they'd pull up everyone, and that includes moi.

I guess theoretically i'd have to book it for myself and X-person to get the discount.

I was looking through these things some more, and originally i assumed I had gotten one too - but i think one for me doesn't actually exist. Just other people i traveled with.

Most telling, the one mailed to my other-half uses the proper name instead of nickname that we often use when booking. Suggesting they sent it to everyone on my account who hasn't been to WDW in quite some time. Like an entice-them-back offer.

Which is probably why us frequent visitors dont often get them.
