Picture of someone else's kid ?????

Has this happened to anyone else .My 7 year old son loves Star Wars.So after the ride we took a picture where they place your face in a scene from the movie.When the picture came out it looked great.So i ordered the $80 poster.They said it it would take 6 weeks for it to be delivered.Well it showed up today,my son almost lost his mind.That was until we opened it up and saw it was some other kid:shrug:.Lucky we are going back on 10-31.Hope i can get my money back .

Ditto. I would call TODAY and make sure they know you aren't happy about it.

That stinks. Did they let you preview the photo before finalizing the order? If so, it was likely the mistake of whomever packed the photo for shipping.

Call now and let them know. They may want to wait until you arrive to do anything about it, but the sooner they know about the mistake the better.

and I'm sure its happened before. I know somebody whose Christmas portraits were sent and they were of different people.

I came home from work tonight and my wife told me she got a phone call from the photo co.They are verrrrrrry sorry and they have my sons picture.:sohappy:The young woman who works at the printers shop made at least 10 mistakes that day.The kids at disney did not make a mistake.They are overnighting the poster to me.

From what I understand it is not that uncommon. It was also quite common for those old free MNSSHP and MVMCP pictures.

This has happend a couple times to me with the Photo Pass. I dont know if they give me someone elses card or what but I will see a lot of pics on my card and then out of no where there are like 2 or 3 of a completly different family! Ooops
