just remember that no food brought in with you can be reheated anywhere other than baby centers. at least from what I have been told you can use microwave there.

Hopefully I can find a car priced reasonable enough.

I've done well with Costco discounts. And often after I've booked a car rental, the prices come down, so I just rebook and cancel.

I would just ask your server. Sometimes if you tell them that your child has food allergies or special needs for food, then the chef will come to your table and talk to you about what to cook for your child. But, picky eaters would be hard to justify I guess ( table service).
Quick service meals for kids are very lacking in choices IMHO. You can make a request, but mostly it's chicken nuggets, pizza, and macaroni and cheese.
