I wouldn't call it ceremony, or big. The cast welcomed the first guests, and were having a great time. They are proud of the new store.

Don't go to the Big Top...you'll lose your legs!

Now all we need to get them to do is slowly roatate and whisper to people.

I am really enjoying all the love that Dumbo is getting with this area. The cupcakes, the ears, shirts, etc.
I am really looking forward to exploring this whole area and looking at the details. This seems like suck an improvement, at least in execution and theme, from Toontown Fair.

I think the ticket booths are weird... having something empty that looks kinda abandoned. Something that "should" be used in the story but isn't makes it look run-down. But other than that, I think they did the circus theme about as well as you can.

That's a good idea... I hope they will be. It's bad show to have abandoned things in guest view... Tomorrowland Terrace, for instance. It's an even worse idea to build them to be abandoned. And Sorcerers could definitely use more portals, from what I hear.
