I may have just been misinterpreting someone's opinion on the other thread. I thought they were being built and I think it's a good idea to have a gift shop ACROSS from the ride and not right at the exit. Of course I don't want to start an off topic discussion in this thread. ;)

The footprint for this ride looks pretty big and after watching the video mock-up in the other thread, I have to say this looks be a very promising addition to WDW -- much better than a Barnstormer 2.0. I can't wait to see the finished product.
Can I ask what thread this mock video is in?

Thanks for the pics. I love aerial shots. The pics are kind of confusing, though. I'm trying to figure where everything is and it's a bit difficult to do.

I will just have to see for myself in August. I hope it is all done!!!!!!

In before...

kiddie coaster
b ticket
zig-zagging in fields
simple anamatronics
just to increase capacity
how long until strobe lights go up?

All joking aside, I couldn't be more excited for this attraction.

I am so grateful to the people who provide the aerial photos. They are such a treasure. I feel so excited when I can charge the progress of the construction.

VERY excited to see some Harry Potter photos. I am currently working on becoming an expert on that construction now that FLE is finishing up. I am going to make a scrapbook of everything I learn and include some personal theories about how it's going to turn out. I love having this as my hobby!

Me to, I really want to get some clear shots of HP 2.0
aerials of the overall HP area will be nice, but if you are looking to see anything to do with Gringotts, the best location is to go to the Team Member parking by Human resources. That's the only way you can actually see into the building. Looking forward to the pics though.

I have been following the Fantasyland expansion closely since the start and I regret not keeping a copy (or a least a link to) every picture I could find about the construction as the project progresses. There were so many times where I remember seeing a picture of something that was brought up on the forums but either had a hard time finding it again, or couldn't find it at all.

We have all of ours archived at http://www.wdwmagic.com/attractions/fantasyland/gallery.htm
Several 1000 of them!

I wonder if someone would ever take the time to pull that together as a resource? The search function on this site is not really suited for something of this nature...but there were a couple sites out there that posted a lot of the same pictures.

I wonder if you could just search "FLE" or "Fantasyland Expansion" at other sites and bring up all the posts written about the construction and pull the photos from there...and couple those with the aerial shots that almost always had their own article written on this site.

It would take some work...probably a weekend's worth...but it might be a good rainy day scrapbooking project.
