oops! sorry I didn't know that thanks! thanks!
does any one has some videos of the update construction of AOA!
The buildings don't move, so really a video would just show the same as photos.
Along with the internal hallways, one would expect to see spaces below the windows for air conditioning units. I don't see any in these photos. Are they going to use central air units on the roofs?
Art Of Animation will most certainly be the most popular of the Disney Budget Resorts. I wouldn't be surprised at all to find out that Pop will be converted to this theme as well after AoA is completed.
Looks good, but there was just something about the legendary years being half finished that was unique.
It is most probable that the wall air conditioning units are within the internal hallways since there are no visible central a/c units on the roof.

wouldnt that make the hallways a little too warm and extra humid, with all the heat and dripping water from the air conditioners?
Well how often do you see buildings (or attractions) at Disney not being put to use?
Oh wait... :hammer:
This is nothing new. All of the All-Star Resorts opened in phases as did most of the moderates. Pop Century was originally scheduled to open in phases too.
Exacty. Hotel rooms that are ready for guests and sitting empty are wasting money (and probably costing the company money in taxes, too).
If they can get a good chunk of the resort open, and then complete the other parts in phases, it's best for the bottom line.
Saratoga Springs also opened in phases, as I believe did the Grand Floridian, Polynesian and Contemporary (Tower and then Garden Wings).
wouldnt that make the hallways a little too warm and extra humid, with all the heat and dripping water from the air conditioners?
