They couldnt use actual water like in laughing place on splash mountain? Seems so fake to me. Hope I am just being a bit picky. I am sure it will be great when I go on it!!

It would have been cool with real water, but something about the fake water I like too, makes it look cartoony and animated. Kind of like it brings you in to the movie a little more. Also maybe there is a little bit of a less chance that it breaks :)

One thing I will say that will make this ride better than DCA is the incredible amount of themeing going in to set up the story and leaving. The worst part of DCA is the final scene where you can see right out into the pier before they dump you off. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I love rides like RnRC and Potc where your ride ends in a themed area to lead you back into the real world.

I think they should have tried to have included real water in parts of the attraction other wise I think the ride lacks a fluidity and movement. The water spouts coming from the mouths of the fish around the boat look kind of cheesy... I've watched the California version of this on youtube and also feel that there are areas where fish are just added to the walls but aren't even moving....looks like something parents would do for a kids bedroom, not a disney ride.

Was hoping to see if we would be getting ice cream hair or not. Guess I will have to wait!

I hope they do tidy up the main show room a bit, but other than that I'm not expecting much different from what I saw in California. And comparisons to pirates or HM can't be made in this case. It's more in line with pan. Peter pan with a much nicer exterior.

Very true, more pan. You'd think they would do animatronics though. But it's a new attraction, can't complain too much haha.

It's a cute ride, but don't get too excited. TLM won't be knocking Pirates or HM off of anybody's favorite dark ride list.
