Photopass cd

I ordered a disney photopass cd there a month or two back, and went to print some of the photos from it using an online photo printing shop, but it kept coming up that the "file was corrupt"

does anybody have any idea why? or to a way around this? any help would be appreciated!!

I would call them and see what they suggest or take it to a camera store or a printing store. I made sure to copy the disk onto my hard drive and then back it up. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Mine from a few years back had a similar problem. But mine was it would give me that error when I went to view them. Finally had to go and Right click on my Dvd drive and go to explore folders to view them.
