I know of a few hidden items in Test Track. One is as you enter the standby queue, under the first television there are a series of VHS tapes. One is labeled World of Motion 1982-1996. I was very excited that I had found this on my own 
! Others are hidden Mickeys while I was stuck on the attraction (in the exit of the cold chamber, underneath a blasting air vent for twenty mintues.... yay ). One is a Mickey plush doll with its back facing towards the window, a time on the white board reading °o°:00 (as in 0:00 on a clock) and if my memory serves me well, mouse ears hanging on a coat hook.
