On Wednesday evening I received a phone call from a CM with the WDW Company. They asked me if I would be will to fill out an online survey about my most recent trip(s) to WDW. She said she would email the link to me and that the whole survey would take about 10 minutes...took me a bit longer. I just wondered if anyone on this site had also received a phone call.
I am curious as to the number of people they are including, the areas those people are from (midwest here)...
seems to me they would get more helpful answers from people who make trips to WDW on a fairly regular basis.

Someone called me sunday morning at 11am ( I had to get up at 6am to fix a server that went down) and I was tired. It was someone working for an agency that was collecting survey stuff for Disney. I declined and immediately fell back asleep. As a rule.. do not call me when I am sleeping. :)

I was asked to do several of these while I was down there. They ask a few questions on the spot, and then ask if I would be willing to do the online one when I got home. I'm from the midwest, too.

I did 3 online surveys for Disney, before and after my last trip. Never had anyone call me about doing them though...they just sent an e-mail with the link.

While waiting for the 3pm parade at WDW on my honeymoon in 2001 a CM approached us and we volunteered for their survey. 6 months later we got a follow-up call and I spent half an hour on the phone with that one. Fast forward a year and 6 months and that was last sunday's call. If I had been more awake I would have answered the survey at the time. The survey guy did say he would call back though, so he probably will and I will give them some good feedback on our experience. :)

I just got a call the Wednesday before last. She asked a lot of questions about one of my two March 2001 trips and then took my e-mail address and said I'd be receiving a link to the online survey, but it never came. I guess she must have entered my address wrong (although she repeated it 3 times!). It made me sad...I was looking forward to the online survey.

When I was on my way out of Tokyo Disneyland a cast member ran up to me with a touchscreen tablet thing and asked me to do a survey in English. It was mostly about how well I understood the attractions, if I'd use English tour guides, and that sort of thing.

I understood everything just fine but I said yes to English tour guides anyway. If they have English tour guides maybe I can get a job there someday!

(Yeah I know it's not related to your question at all. I just felt like sharing.)
