Cmon, you cannot tell me you do not come off craving pie (remember the pie scene in the 1st act and you could smell the blueberry pie) I think maybey a Pie Shop somewhere near PhilharMagic would make some serious cash, I am writing a letter to disney and telling them my idea!

Great idea! I'm pretty sure the pie scent is apple though.... :slurp: That reminds me, I do love the apple pie at Columbia Harbour House!

Yes it is apple. We saw it twice last Christmas and both my daughter and I craved apple pie. We just got back three weeks ago, and when we saw it again (twice), we still craved apple pie. I just booked for this Christmas, and I think I will bring some apple pie this time. :sohappy:

That's a real interesting idea, I like that and yes I am craving pie or any baked sweets after I see that part in the show.

If you were to write a letter to Disney like you said you probably will get a letter back telling you they can't accept outside ideas. When I was about 7 or 8 I wrote a letter to Disney telling a little idea I had about a ride where the magic carpet from Aladdin would be like the Dumbo ride, they sent me a letter back telling me they couldn't accept my idea, and some years later, THERE IT IS! hmmmm what happened there.

I wrote an e-mail and sent it. However, I have the date and copy and name of the pie shop I used in my letter. So if the idea is used and I see it used the same name I used in my e-mail etc. I will walk up to whoever is in charge and slam a copy of that e-mail on their desk!

LOL :goodnevil

Im not asking for a BILLION dollars or anything, maybe just a free year pass, or free stays at the grand floridian for a year, or fastpasses on every ride for whenever for a year, or something!!!

Actually, you wouldn't get anything. Emails can be faked, they cannot be used in a court of law to prove a thing. Sorry. (I know you were being partially sarcastic, just letting you know)

I think there are disclaimers and everything with that when you send them something. If you read the fine print somewhere I am sure they have liability from law suits if ideas seem similar (or identical).

All Disney employees/cast members are required to sign a letter saying that we won't accept any outside ideas. If we get anything, we have to stop reading/watching/listening to it and forward it to the Disney legal dept. Keep in mind that I had to sign one of these, and I was just working seasonal at the Disney Store.

I got that too. You also won't say any ideas to other places as well.

Also, I am going this weekend (unless Ivan hits) and will find out then!

Slight thread drift....

Did you know...that if you buy the Glade Apple Cinnamon Scented Oil
PLUGIns and plug them into your bathroom outlet...

...Your bathroom will smell exactly like The Pie in Mickey's Philharmagic!

I found this out by accident.
...no..I don't work for the Glade company.

It's great..try it!
