Philarmagic re-scheduled?

Could someone explain to me why there is a rumour Philarmagic has been re-scheduled to december for opening????

Anyone who has "inside" info please explain!!!

Boy. I sure hope it's nothing more than a rumor. I planned a tripped around the official opening of Mission : Space only to find out that epcot will be closed to the public that day. :brick: Then I find out that btmr will be closed for renovations, alien encounter may be closed, annimation tour will be closed, etc. etc. etc. Not being able to check out phil would just put the icing on the cake.

It's just a rumor..it'll be open soon enough And Epcot isn't closed to guests opening day. It is open 9 am to 3 pm.

Since Epcot will be open from 9-3 on Mission Space's Grand Opening...will Mission Space be open to the public from 9-3? :lol:

(I know that may sound "dumb" but in actuality...they may hold off opening it for a "ribbon cutting" of some sort for the media event at 3PM) Just curious...

I would argue yes. They just don't want guests crowding the celebs

At least Future World will start to remain open to 7pm, instead of 6pm (as it has all summer) when you go down. Not to mention the very strong possibility that MK's new firework show, Wishes, will start sometime around then

Well, Future World will stay open later because SPACE will be officially open--it'll no longer be necessary to close Future World an extra hour earlier to clear out Future World. SPACE is pretty empty by 8:30 pm, so I'd say their plan worked well...
