Phase 2 Attractions: Raging Spirits?

I'm sure many of you have heard of wikipedia.org, which is an awesome online encyclopedia. Recently, I've been searching EVERYTHING based on Disney (obsessed) and Harry Potter (other obsession). Anyway, I found this today.

I would take it with a grain of salt.
This all started with a newspaper article from Hong Kong The Apple Daily.
Then it picked up speed on the Web.
Could the reporter have mixed up his Asian Disneylands?
Could RS be planned for HKDL (there is something planned for Adventureland on the maps as pointed out on another thread)
And keep in mind anyone can update Wikipedia, so never take it as "gospel".

Having said all that, it makes sense. A (realatively) cheap little thrill ride to throw up quickly.
They did the same thing with the Indy coaster in Paris.
