I haven't used it but it is getting phenomenal word of mouth. I went to look at it last week, and it is awesome, I wouldn't hesitate to leave my Lab here if I needed to.

I'll be checking my toy schnauzer in at Best Friends tomorrow. I'll be sure to provide a write-up when I get home. Like the other poster said, it's getting rave reviews. 
The DWF and I visited Best Friends this past Septmeber on the last day of our Vacation. We were given a 30 to 45 minute guided tour with a question and answer session all during the tour. My Dog will be staying there in the VIP section. I use best friends here in South Jersey on Rt 73 in West Berlin. I do not leave my dog in just any place. We want to make sure she is cared for, exercised and is fed twice a day and has access to water. The VIP in FLA will allow here to have all her toys, dog bed in a air conditioned full sized room with TV. She will be given two walks a day and played with. Not to mention that I can come over every day and take her into the fenced in Dog Park and play Frisbee with her. Leaving my Dog at Best Friends in Fla during my Disney Vacation will give me peace of mind. The staff is great and love dogs and are very qualifide with Dogs. The Facility is clean big and has so much to offer. If you are staying at a resort like we do mention this and you get a discount off the VIP stay. The price is a few pennies more than what I pay in NJ but to the DWF and I is well worthe it.
Thanks for the reviews. I called them directly and got a very informative sales rep on the phone. I wouldn't do anything but the VIP room for my dogs and it's the only reason we are considering boarding.
I like the idea that you can pop in and spend time with them any time during the day and you can also bring your own bedding and toys.
I did not realize there was a discount for on site guests, which I'll have to mention if I decide to make a reservation.
