I was wondering if there are any pet friendly apartments near WDW that are also safe and affordable. It would be nice to find one 30 minutes or less from WDW. Only curious right now but it is a question I wonder about.

I'd say a majority of the apartments around here allow for pets. When I was interviewing for a job down here in June 2004, I went to about 6 different complexes in various areas and only 1 did not allow pets. I think they are called the Villages - they are off Oak Ridge and Millenia Blvd. There is an apt complex here in Oviedo that doesn't allow for pets (at least they did not when I looked at them in 2008), but again, that is rare.
If you use one of the online apt guides, you can usually check "pets" as one of your preferences. That should cut out any that do not allow for pets.
