A South Florida Water Management District permit was filed today for something called the "Fort Wilderness Resort Meadows Project". It will be removing some of the recreation area and replacing it with a building and retention pond. It is not clear what the building is

Have you seen anything on Jillian's filed yet? I saw a Tic Tock today of an Orlando Realtor finding something and showing some screen shots...
Feels too early. Could be fake but maybe it's real...

Sorry autocorrect. Villians.
Can't find Tic Tock now of course, but it is a realtor named Ken Pozek that stays close to development and Disney as well. Probably nothing...
