Did they finish the rooms yet? This does mention rooms. The rooms were just remodeled or in the process this past year.

It's probably near that building, not the building itself, an open space or parking lot.

I think they finished the Boardwalk view rooms, now onto the rest. Still a long way to go from all accounts.

All rooms in the wing that runs along the boardwalk are complete and have re-opened. The wing the runs from the lobby towards the parking lot is closed and being worked on now.

It's actually not that uncommon a description. Here is a definition I found:

"General conditions refer to a variety of operations, procedures, and indirect costs that are not directly linked to construction, but are still essential for successfully executing the project. "

A South Florida Water Management District permit was filed today for something called the "Fort Wilderness Resort Meadows Project". It will be removing some of the recreation area and replacing it with a building and retention pond. It is not clear what the building is

Looking more closely at the plans, the entire area around the building is going to changed from grass to hardscaping so you will end up with a fairly large hardscaped area next to the building.
