Well dibond is a aluminum composite material often used for outdoor signs. It is also similar Alucobond which is what the covering of Space Ship Earth is made of. Sounds like they may be using it for a covering on the stage trusses.

as far as SFWMD is concerned, that is. Despite the name, it covers a large swath of land north of MK. A new permit or extension would be needed to handle runoff caused by the buildings.

Yeah, it does cover the back of the park, but I would expect permit more specific to these projects. They know the fans clock the permits so they may have been holding back until the annoucement.
