Perks being reduced for some CMs

This thread seems to have gone of topic somewhat...

If people at the bottom get paid more, then those above them will want more, and those at the bottom will still be at the bottom, wanting more. So Companies then have to increase their prices for thier products to pay for it so the consumers pay more and everyone stays as they were.

Disney is an interesting beast.

I left full-time a couple years ago for another company and a nice, much better paying job with a regular schedule, good benefits, a desk, etc.

But every day I sit at my desk, I miss working at Disney more and more. Low pay, crazy hours and even crazier guests and all. It really gets into your system, and they know it.
