I was looking to go to pepper market but the last time I was there they had it set up where you walk up and order get a card stamped and pay at the end. I know they changed it for awhile not sure if they went back to the old ways

They did not. You pick out all of your food and have it on your tray and pay before finding your seat.

That wasn't true as of last May. Did they finally move the cash registers recently? It was such an odd system and allowed for frequent stealing of food without paying.

When we were there this past January it was very smooth. It would still be easy to steal food but there were no tickets handed out even during busy times. If you wanted something that was out you just stood to the side and waited until it was prepared. All the cash registers were right there at the exit but I do not know where they were before.

Glad they moved them. It was an odd system. It used to be that you ordered, got your ticket stamped, and ate. You paid after as the registers were at the exit of the restaurant, near the bar and separate grab and go place they have.
