I don't claim to be an expert, but I'm not aware of any plans since the failed conversion to Rocket Rods.

I see rumours every now and then that they may do something there, but nothing substantial.

A rumor surfaced not to long ago because there were workers refurbing the track. It is part of the rumored "3rd rennovation" of Tomorrowland in Disneyland where they will come out with some new things, like supposedly replacing Honey, I Shrunk the Audience with a new 3-D movie, coming out with Star Tours: Episode II, and bringing back the Peoplemover. But again they are just rumors. But one true thing is that they did renovate the Submarine Voyage thru Liquid Space to make it a Nemo sub ride for May 2007 using the same projection technology that will be used in the new Living Seas ride in Epcot in Walt Disney World.

I believe that the plan from a year or so ago was to get the Nemo subs up and running and then look at new ways to use the track
