So of course, when I'm looking for something the Disney chatbot isn't working...

Anyway, I'm trying to make a payment for an upcoming trip on MyDisneyExperience. My card is loaded, as is my reward points card, but I can't find a link anywhere to actually make the payment. Where is the payment screen located? I've searched for over an hour and can't find it. I've looked both on the phone app and the website.

If you have a package booked, go to My Plans and then to where your resort and confirmation # are. There should be a payment option.

If you have a room-only booking I think you need to call.

And if you booked through a TA then they need to make the payment for you.

I think you may need to be logged into MDE on the website and not the MDE app, but I am not 100% sure of this.

Logged onto both and I still couldn't find the payment option.

I decided just to call.
