Is there any list of room/package discounts offered in years past? I'm curious what my chances of getting a good rate for my next trip and would like to look over historical data.

Or does Disney mix it up and not usually run similar discounts at similar times each year?

Hypothetical question - If you book a trip package using a 30% off room offer and make your ADRs at 180 days, and then call to change your trip package to a different offer (for example free dining), do you keep the same trip confirmation number and the dining reservations transfer or do you have to somehow update the resort confirm on the dining reservations?

You keep the same reservation number. I have done this for clients several times and never had a reservation number change.
