Passporter vs Unofficial Guide

My WDW "bible" for planning our stay is the Passporter. I've never used the Unofficial Guide or even looked at one. The Passporter is very interactive and you can plan each day and also record memories from each day before bed. To me it's like using my Franklin Planner. How is the Unofficial Guide different? I would love to hear from someone who has used both.

I too have both

I love both the Passporter (I buy one every year, whether I'm going or not) and the Unofficial Guide (I used to buy one every year, but now I only buy it for trips). The Passporter is a great planning tool, but the touring plans in the UG are fantastic, especially if you're going during a more crowded (read: anything except off-off season!) time. The Passporter's dining reviews are briefer than the UG's, so we like to use the UG to help plan meals (of course, we also get the latest menus off All Ears Net). This year, we're trying TourGuideMike to see how his site and plans differ. After we get back in mid-Dec., I'll be posting a TR to Mouseplanet.com, and I plan to discuss the TGM experience. At least until then, I'll be buying both Passporter and UG for all trips!
