I have an AP and in my case it's the fourth one [without a barcode].
They give you a picture of what the back of the ticket looks like, find the one that matches.
I had this problem several weeks ago also. I called the disney technical support number that I found on the website and I had a couple of different issues. First, my email address was attached to several different things through their system - different annual passes for the rest of my family and my kids had used it for different log in names so they deleted all of that information. But still wouldn't work, actually had to call my internet provider to find that since I had internet explorer 8 it was not compatible with Disney's site, since it was set up on version 6!!! So when I go to Disney's siteI use firefox instead of my internet explorer and all works fine now. The support desks at both Disney and my internet provider were great! It did take a long time to get it worked out though! Good luck! Oh and I finally got an email back this week from Disney when I sent one when I first had problems and all it said was they received the email but due to the volume they receive they were not sure when or if I would ever get a response!

That is what I am getting now too! I will try the firefox option. :shrug:
