Passholder room discounts for stays in less than 60 days?

Can you still passholder discounts on rooms booked under 60 days or is it exclusively the Best rate program now? I am STILL trying desperately to get my hubby to agree to go in December, but it is under the 60 day mark now :brick: I am not making much progress but one can still hope!!

Best rate is it as far as AP discounts.
