Passholder discounts?

Does anyone know if passholder discounts have been released for the end of October yet? I called tonight and talked to the most inept castmember and really dont feel like going through all 33 different prompts to get to a cast member. She kept telling me that I couldn't get a passholder discount if I had the dining plan. I told her numerous times that I have done this for years and always get a passholder discount for the room and also get the dining plan (dining not free of course). She then told me that I had the dinig plan for free, I told her no I didn't that i have paid for the room and dining plan with no discounts. I told her there was no way Port Orleans French Quarter cost 1450.00 for 4 nights, i told her that was the room and dining plan for 4 people. She then got confused and I told her I would call back another day to check if the passholder rates are out yet.

Sorry if I confused anyone reading this. I am just perturbed. Thanks for everyones help.

It will likely come out in October. I am waiting for November.

This time last year I believe they were already out. But in previous years they released the discount in mid August. Hopefully it will be soon.

PH rates for any date after 10/2/10 will be coming out on or around August 18th.
