I'm thinking about working part-time at either Disneyland or Walt Disney World someday. Does anyone know what the requirements are for part-time work? Like how many hours would you need at least? Is it possible to be a character part-time?

My guess would be if you did part time work, it would probably be something you might not like doing. Then again you could get lucky. I'm not sure about being a charater part time. Again I would guess they would want you there for a full day, but then again, if you in a costume, it's usually a short shift so you don't die of heat exhaustion. You could always google "disney jobs/employment". If you wanted to do the college program and possibly get college credit, you can go to www.wdwcollegeprogram.com.

Or you could go seasonal and only need to work a few days a year (but have the option of working more). 407-828-1000. And if you call you can tell them you were reffered by me! PM me for my name.

Right now I have full availability. But when I was working only 2 days a week, I would usually work 7, 8, 9 hour shifts. Sometimes longer shifts if I picked up parade or not.MerHearted said:And that's two days a week?
