Part of Uniqlo being Refurbished

As the (completely unofficial) refurbishment season continues at Disney Springs, a portion of Uniqlo upstairs has been walled off.

I did not inquire what the reason for the construction was or how long the construction is expected to last. The upstairs changing room and pathway nearby the changing room is completely blocked off.

Isn't belfor a damage mitigation company? Wonder if they had a leak or fire

A few years ago, I definitely noticed a terrible roof leak causing water damage near the escalator exit to the second floor.
