The night time shows are all awsome but my favorite is Illuminations with a slushie! I also love HS after dark it has such a fun vibe! MK after dark is also great feels like a whole new park especially JC! Back to your post it is too difficult to pick a favorite! I can't even pick only one for each park!

Chili's
Tomorrowland takes on a whole new life after dark, but I'd have to say Main Street with all the lights and the music is my favorite area at night.

Also Splash Mountain to me is 10x better at night. It's always our last ride and the view just before the big drop is incredible. And haunted mansion obviously is much cooler at night!

MK- Main Street USA. It's simply magical. Runner-up would be Tomorrowland.
Epcot- The countries are nice, but the light up sidewalks are cool!
DHS- Hollywood/Sunset Boulevard. They just have great ambiance at night.
AK- Never really been there at night, but I imagine most places would be cool! I think my plans include an afternoon/evening here in June, so maybe I'll catch it for myself!

Splash Mountain, the castle looks so pretty you forget you're dropping at night! Once we did it right as the fireworks started!

I waited with a sleeping baby outside ToT for Fantasmic to let out and that was surprisingly pleasant. The old, creepy music playing. It was really nice. Felt like another place entirely.

My all time favorite though is late late after EPCOT closes and very few are left, the walk from the lagoon to the fountain, which is always still running, and past Spaceship Earth, looking up the whole time. My feet are usually sore so I kick off my flip flops and walk barefoot and the ground feels so good, the air is always breezy and its quiet except for the music and water. Perfect.

In Magic Kingdom, Tomorrowland Transit Authority is awesome. It's very relaxing after a long day in the park. Jungle Cruise is also better at night IMO. JC is almost never crowded after sundown.

However, nothing can beat Root Beer Floats on Main Street watching the Electrical Parade.
TTA at night is great, we sometimes ride miltiple times while waiting for a late night Fastpass

While it's cliche MSUSA just can't be beat. Especially if snow is coming down and you are with the ones you love. That being said, PoTC (even though its indoors) is just that much better at night. All the parks have a different feel at night. Especially late nights or as its closing. Feels personal and almost like you have the place to yourself sometimes. You can pick up on a lot d the neat little nuances when you slow down and can see farther than the back of the guys head 3 feet in front of you and the sides of the folks right beside you.

We first played Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom at night in MK and just walking around with the fam was great. So magical.
