The night time shows are all awsome but my favorite is Illuminations with a slushie! I also love HS after dark it has such a fun vibe! MK after dark is also great feels like a whole new park especially JC! Back to your post it is too difficult to pick a favorite! I can't even pick only one for each park!
Grey Goose or Grand Marnier? or both! :)

DHS- walking out after Fantasmic with all the light up toys leading the way
Epcot- The UK pavilion or the alleys of France- the darkness makes you feel like you're there
MK- BTMRR- doesn't feel like a ride- really feels like a crazy train!
DAK- never been there when it was really "dark" but I would say strolling out wandering around the Oasis.
DTD or (DS)-Walking thru the old PI and reminiscing and having a margarita on the dock near Captain Jack's
SSR- sitting on our balcony watching the boats and seeing DTD all lit up was spectacular
BW- watching the magicians and other street performers

There number of places where I like to spend my night such as pubs, Parks, Streets etc. But In Parks, I like to spend my time in front of the fountains. Because I like peace and I think that it is the peaceful place in the parks.

Welcome, are you old enough to spend time in pubs?

Last trip during late EMH we walked up to the train station balcony and spend about an hour there. The crowd levels were extremely low, and it was a perfect October night. I distinctly remember "Married Life" from Up playing as we waited for the kiss goodnight. It was probably he most "magical" moment of the trip.

My family likes to sit down on a curb along Main Street USA after Wishes, get a snack, and watch everyone leave. We're in no rush, so we don't like to battle the crowds, but I love watching families with little kids leave. There's the families where the kids are WIDE AWAKE and you can tell the parents just want to go to bed, there's the sleepwalking children (eyes are open but they are definitely not awake), or the kids slumped over in the strollers. Funnily enough, I don't see a lot of meltdowns that late at night.

But I also love ToT at night. You can usually walk straight to the boiler room (we go early May, no crowds!), and I just love it.

I love the Parks at night...especially the Magic Kingdom...sometimes I will just get a Dole Whip and sit down there and let it all soak in. Probably one of my favorite places in the world when all the lights are on.
