Instead of parking at Epcot and walking all the way through the park can I park at the Boardwalk Resort if I am eating at Kouzzina?

Yes. It helps if you have a reservation but as long as you are not there during the week of Christmas to New Years or 4th of July the security guard will rarely question "We are dining at Kouzzina.".

You are meant to park at Boardwalk for dinner at Kouzzina (or any other BW restaurant). Depending on crowd level, they may point you to the overlow lot across the street (and sort of behind the Hess station).

There is a PUBLIC parking lot at the Boardwalk that anyone can park in (WDW guest or not), you do not need to park at the hotel's lot; just tell security you have a reservation at Kouzzina and they will direct you to the proper lot.

If you are staying on property & valet park you can just drive over to Boardwalk and the valet will park it for you (no need to pay again).

This happens much more often now than I ever remember (or maybe it's because I am there more). During Food & Wine and Flower & Garden they will make you park in the overflow lot. I also find it happening on a number of weekends now as well. I tend to go to ESPN a decent amount so I have just been noticing the trend more. It is understandable though since guests staying there should be able to get a spot somewhere in the same time zone.
