Parking/Drop off at Disney Springs

How is the parking situation at Disney Springs these days with the construction? I'll be going in December and have reservations in DS the same night I check into Pop Century. Trying to figure out how easy it would be to have a cab drop us off for dinner.

Normally I'd just use the Disney bus system, but before we go eat I need to stop at guest relations to upgrade my tickets to AP and get my TiW card and I want to make sure I leave enough time to do that.

Does the guest relations at Disney Springs handle upgrades and Tables in Wonderland? They're in the next room next to the glass shop.

According to the CM's I've spoken to, they do.

Great then! Just take the transportation system from Pop Century. If you're not familiar with POP, their buses travel only to this one resort and there is only bus stop area. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to get a bus anywhere at anytime from there. The longest wait might be at the Disney Springs Guest Relations though. There are usually only a couple people manning the station and sometimes there can be a line.

I'm very familiar with the Pop bus system - it's one of my top reasons for using Pop as my home resort when I travel to WDW . My only issue is timing - I'm not arriving until later in the day and want to make sure I leave enough time to both get to Disney Springs and be able to get through any line at Guest Relation prior to dinner.
