Park Ticket Holders/Neck Chain

Ok now, as a little suprise for my girlfriend and to make it easier on me (born worrier!) is there any place where we can buy (in the UK preferably) a neck chain or the like to hold the tickets? Like you have at press events and for holding security ids.

This is because i am assuming that the 10 Day World Pass is also the FastPass ticket because i don't know!? I have heard you guys talking about them at some point and have had search on forums and on the www but nothing came up. Or if searching what words should i use?

You can possibly find something like it in a stationers - at least a plastic wallet with clip that you can stick your own ribbon or chain on to hang it.

The parks themselves sell a lanyard with a plastic sleeve to hold your fastpass. If you are looking for a something to hold your travel documents, www.ebags.com is a great online bag website. They sell wallets, purses, luggage, anything you might need to travel with. I don't know if they ship to the UK though.

So the FastPass is not part of 10 Day World Pass? Is it one ticket does all or is FastPass separate?

Basically what happens when i get to the gate with my 10 Day World Pass?

You will use your 10 day world pass to get your fastpasses. Your fastpasses (little slips of paper with the time), can also be placed into the holder with your ticket/world pass.

Your world pass gets you into all of the parks. If you never want to get a FastPass, you can put your world pass away and not use it again at that park. If you decide to ride a FastPass attraction. you take your pass, put it in the FastPass machine and a FastPass ticket comes out and your world pass is returned. You then go do something else until the time stamped on your FastPass arrives and you go and ride the FastPass attraction entering the FastPass queue. The time stamp is usually in 1 hour increments, i.e. Return between 1:05 and 2:05. There are a few FastPass rules. You cannot get another FastPass until the time stamped on your fastpass states you are eligible for one. Sometimes there might be a Cast Member at the FastPass machine and because of the crowds at the machine, he might hand you a fastpass without you sliding your world pass into the machine. Then you can go to another FastPass machine and get a fastpass for a different attraction. I hope this helps.

You know pockets work very well too. I prefer pockets that have velcro. You can keep all your tickets in there and not worry about something dangling from you neck all day, rubbing your sunburned skin raw. And with the velcro, nothing falls out. I have nice hiking shorts with lots of pockets. There are smaller pockets, lower on the shorts so I don't squish the tickets when I sit down. The pockets are just the right size to hold my park hoppers and my fast passes. Just a thought. Have a wonderful time!

Personally I keep mine in the wallet, but as I mentioned earlier you can get name tag holders from stationers and convert to your own needs . The park ticket is the size of a credit card and the fast passes are slightly smaller, so find one that your credit card fits in and you are sorted.

You can get all kinds of id lanyards from Ebay, I got one a long time ago.....they have about every character you can think of. Here's an example of one, this one comes with the plastic zip pouch for your passes but some do not. Good luck!

Another word of help. Pac Sun or local skate shops sell skate wallets with plactic inserts. The wallet is $10-25. But the insert is what I used. There are four inserts together and I used them to hold tickets, used FPs, unused FPs, and credit card. It was very useful and easy to grab. The lanyard is a good idea but you gotta put it your pocket for some rides. And believe me it takes up more space than the insert. So try it and see what you think.
