Can't say for sure in 2004, but I go to WDW each December (either the first or second weekend). Magic Kingdom is usually 9-6, Epcot 9-7 (with Illuminations afterward, MGM 9-7 (with Fantasmic afterwards) and Animal Kingdom 7-5.
Great time of the year to go. Holiday decorations are up, but the crowds and wait times are way down. Check out the Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom. It's wonderful.

MK will be open 9-6p, 9-7 or 8p on weekends. Epcot is typically 9-7 (Future World), and 11-9 (World Showcase). Animal Kingdom is 8-5 each day, and MGM 9-7p or so. Weather is very hit-or-miss, so pack appropriately.

I was there the first week of December last year. The hours were Epcot Future World 9 - 7, World Showcase 11 - 9:30; MK 9 - 7 unless there was MVMCP, then it closed at 6, Saturday 9 - 11; MGM 9 - 7; and AK 9 - 5. I also thought it was rather crowded. Weather was lovely, warm during the day but usually needed a jacket in the evening.
