park hopper question

I tried to do a search on this with no luck, so here goes. My brother is going to be flying to FL this weekend and using three days of a four day park hopper ticket. He wanted to know if he could "give" the last day to our Mom, who will be flying to FL in November and wanted to visit EPCOT for one day. Is this legal? I don't know if they are transferable or not? If they are, how? Do they check ID with park hopper tickets? I am a FL resident and season passholder, so I have no knowledge of how park hoppers work. Thanks for any help ;)

I know back in the early 90's they tried printing your picture on the PH pass. It was pretty grainy and hard to make out, I'm sure that why they stopped doing it.

Im suprised that the AP's still dont have the gues't picture on it. that finger thing is just plain useless.
Actually they did the pictures on the Annual Passes AND the Park Hopper Passes. Your right though, not sure why they didn't stick with them, they'd be great nowadays.

We get the 4 day park hoppers from the disney store every year. My aunt usually keeps them all together and dishes them out as we pass security. They end up getting mixed up but thats ok because they don't have our names on them and they don't card us or check our fingerprints. When they did the paper ones, we would try to make sure everybody had the same one but that was personal choice as they had different characters on them, not because of policy. The last park hoppers we got all had donald duck on them and they were orange

Thats why they still stamp your hand when you leave the park. It would be too easy for a group to go in, one person come out with all the parkhoppers, and bring in another group.

Not that I have a criminal either but since I deal with ways to control things on a daily basis I need to think of ways to get around controls in order to create better controls. Now follow me on this: What if a group of folks come in the park in the morning and one of them gets all of the hopper passes and then leaves. Later on to return to the same park or a different park with another group using the same passes. The scanners may alert the CM that the passes have already been used and if the CM were to ask a question about that or ask to see the stamp what happens if the person using the pass illegaly says " I did not get a stamp when I left" or better yet "The stamp came off in the pool (or during my shower(bath))?

Like I said I am not a crook, i just try to stop others from being crooks by thinking about ways it could be done.

I think that if this was tried, the system would recognize the back and forth between parks and the CM would probably question why you did not get your hand stamped. Honestly, they do not have to let you back in without the stamp. They likely would given the average amount of money each guest spends each day in the park. I would venture to guess, each guest, on average, spends more than the admission fee for food, and stuffs.....

We always get our hand stamped even if we know we aren't going back that day.

It's fun to see them glowing on the rides with black lights.

...yup, we're nerds...
Some friends and I spent a week at Cedar Point this past summer and we had stamps all the way up our arms. Under the blacklights we looked radioactive!
